This is a collection of recipes that I've accumulated over the years. When I find a new recipe that I like and make it a few times, I add it to this collection. You can also find these these recipes on my website, dperkins.org . I've made these recipes many times. With a few exceptions (like the chestnut cake) they are very simple and forgiving.
